Explain what the customer can expect
Describe the problem you help with, who the service is for and how an engagement begins. Explain what is included and what needs a separate proposal. Use relevant examples only when you have permission to publish them.
Ask for useful information
A consultancy may need the customer's objective; a maintenance business may need an address and description of the work. Keep the form proportionate to the first decision. Identify who receives the enquiry and what information they need next.
Organise the follow-up
Decide when a request becomes a conversation, a quote or a request for more information. Give each open request an owner and a next action. Discuss existing email, calendar and administration tools before choosing connections.
Choose a manageable first step
Start with a clear service page and enquiry route, or one repeated administrative handover. For several languages, also plan who approves content and handles replies. Website scope, integrations, timing and support are specified in your proposal.
