Match pages to genuine buying questions
Describe who a service is for, what the work involves, what affects its cost and how a customer gets started. Answer the questions a buyer needs to resolve rather than repeating broad claims. Support statements about your business with real examples and attributable evidence. A useful project example explains the starting point, work completed, result and its limitations.
Build a multilingual service structure
Give each language a stable URL and connect equivalent pages with language links. Translate the complete customer journey, including the service page and enquiry route. Use meaningful internal links so visitors can move from a general service to detailed information. Separate country pages are useful when the service or information differs; changing only a country name adds little value.
Make key information easy to understand
Begin with a concise answer, then explain the process, conditions and next step. Use clear headings, visible questions and answers, consistent company details and structured data that describes the visible page. Google states that its AI search features do not require special AI files or special schema. There is no guaranteed inclusion in an AI answer or a guaranteed search position.
Measure discovery and business outcomes
First check whether important pages are accessible and indexed. With Search Console connected, review relevant queries, impressions, clicks and performance by country and page. Also evaluate qualified enquiries and their source. Publication is not proof of visibility. Use the results to improve pages and priorities; do not report a ranking, citation or traffic increase without supporting data.

Questions before you start
Does GEO replace SEO?
No. For Google's AI search features, established SEO practices remain relevant. Clear information and sound indexing are a foundation; additional AI-specific files are not a requirement.
Does a translated page guarantee local rankings?
No. Translation makes the content usable in another language, but relevance, quality, competition and actual search performance still matter. Country-specific claims need factual support.
Can you guarantee mentions in ChatGPT or Google AI answers?
No. The answering system selects its sources. We can improve clarity, accessibility and supporting information, then examine observable outcomes. We cannot guarantee a mention or control a generated answer.

An example to discuss
A business wants one service to be discoverable in another language market. Start with the audience and their questions. Then check that a complete, useful service page reflects what the business can actually deliver.
What should be checked before handover?
Check access for search engine crawlers, indexability, canonical URLs and reciprocal language references. Measure impressions, clicks and relevant enquiries by country and page. Compare an agreed period with the baseline; publication alone does not demonstrate results.
