A practical route from idea to delivery

Describe your starting point

Tell us what your company does, who your customers are and where work gets delayed. Include your existing website and the names of systems you use. For a European project, specify your priority countries and the language your customers use.

Agree a focused proposal

The proposal sets out pages, content, functions, integrations and responsibilities. Price, recurring costs and timing are agreed for that scope. A request is the start of a conversation, not a confirmed order or a fixed delivery promise.

Build, check and hand over

Content and design are reviewed against the agreed requirements. Check the mobile experience, enquiry route and relevant workflow steps before handover. Decide who maintains the site and how later changes will be handled.

Improve using real evidence

Use actual enquiries and, where connected, search performance to decide what to improve. Add further markets when the content, service arrangements and follow-up process are ready. Avoid expanding into many near-identical country pages without useful local information.

Planning a website for European customers?

Start with the markets you can serve well. Agree language, currency presentation, contact arrangements and the information visitors need before requesting a proposal. Keep language pages directly accessible and let visitors choose their version. Country-specific delivery, support and commercial terms should be confirmed for the project rather than implied by a translated page.

Before you get started

Can I commission only a website?

Yes. Website development can be a standalone project. A digital office or automation is a separate option. Describe the pages and functions you need, and identify what can wait until a later phase.

What does a business website cost?

The cost depends on the number of pages, content preparation, design and functionality. Multilingual content and external integrations affect the scope. Ask for a breakdown of the build, hosting, maintenance and any third-party subscriptions.

Can you work with my existing software?

Share the names of the applications and the workflow you want to improve. Available interfaces, permissions and data quality need to be checked before an integration can be confirmed. Do not send passwords or access keys in the enquiry form.

Will a multilingual website rank across Europe?

Separate language pages help people access relevant content, but publication alone does not establish visibility in every country. Useful service information, a sound technical setup and ongoing search data are needed to guide improvements.

What should I include in my enquiry?

Describe your services, target countries, preferred project language, current website, required functions and desired timing. If you have a budget range, include it. We confirm the scope and communication arrangements in the proposal.
